Technical Leader – C/C++ Software Development: Experience and Skills
️⭐ Who we are looking for?
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and leadership skills, and at least 5 years of experience in C/C++ software development. Ideally, you also have knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
If you have strong skills in algorithms and software architecture, you’re in the right place. Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.
✏️ What is the job description for the technical leader?
- Act as the technical referent and lead within a defined scope of the R&D department, ensuring technical expertise and quality;
- Design, architect, and develop complex software modules in C/C++;
- Contribute to product implementation where technical complexity requires it;
- Collaborate closely with project managers, the TL (Technical Leader) community, product teams, and QA teams;
- Actively participate in technology choices (technical studies, proof of concept development, technology evaluations);
- Provide technical leadership to a team of developers (coaching, mentoring);
- Promote and ensure adherence to best practices, while driving continuous improvement initiatives;
- Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and proper documentation;
- Support the skill development and growth of team members;
- Handle or support the resolution of complex customer issues based on their technical nature.

The team is united and focused on maintaining the stability of developments. All team members work collaboratively with their managers to achieve set goals and commitments.
